Compliance as a classification problem
The system
Every project sits at a specific intersection of build type, construction method, and regulatory regime. There is almost always a specific certified product that matches that intersection. Finding it is a research and classification problem — not a professional judgement problem. We solve it methodically.
The agent model
We operate as a UK sole-trader commercial agent. The contract of sale is between you and the supplier — we facilitate the introduction and provide the compliance research. This keeps liability with the manufacturer (who holds the certification) and gives you a clean documentation trail for building control.
