We run the analytical work
You pay a £250 Sourcing Retainer SLA — this covers our out-of-hours data aggregation, title verification, and deal packaging with our broker panel. This fee is credited back against your finance arrangement on completion.
This is a B2B service fee for analytical labour — not a deposit on an asset we do not own.
Bank confirms the value at zero cost
Our broker submits the asset specification to the lender's Automated Valuation Model. The bank confirms a definitive lending cap against that specific asset. No cost to you at this stage.
Conditional credit approval in writing
The lender issues a written DIP assigning a lending limit to your company against this specific asset. You bid at auction knowing your finance is confirmed — not hoping it will be approved afterwards.
Bank pays the liquidator directly
You win the asset. Loan documents are signed. The bank wires funds to the liquidating solicitor. Asset ownership transfers to you. Our introducer fee comes from the broker's lender commission — no additional cost to you.
